研究目的:

本研究拟通过泪液蛋白组联合眼前节影像(包括角膜荧光素钠染色照片和前节OCT)建立人工智能多模态分析模型,从多个层面反映角膜缘干细胞状态,开发一种新型的、无创的LSCD功能评估工具  

Objectives of Study:

This research aims to establish an artificial intelligence multi-analysis model by combining tear proteomics with anterior segment imaging (including corneal fluorescein staining photos and anterior segment OCT). This will reflect the status of limbal stem cells from multiple perspectives and develop a novel, non-invasive tool for evaluating LSCD severity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄大于等于18岁,小于65岁,性别不限,单双眼患病不限;
2.患者充分了解本研究的内容后自愿参加,并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 years or older, under 65 years old. Gender: No restrictions. Both eyes or single eye affected: No restrictions.
2.After fully understanding the content of this study, the patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.入组眼既往其他眼部手术史者;
2.全身基础疾病严重;
3.感染性疾病患者;
4.严重遗传性疾病患者;
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Those whose enrolled eyes had a history of previous ocular surgeries;
2.Severe underlying systemic diseases;
3.Patients with infectious diseases;
4.Patients with severe genetic diseases;
5.Women during pregnancy or lactation period;
