Objectives of Study：

Exploring the influencing factors of the therapeutic effect of short-segment percutaneous pedicle screw-rod internal fixation in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.无手术禁忌症者； 2.影像学检查及临床症状符合胸腰椎骨折诊断； 3.无神经及脊髓损伤； 4.单节段胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折； 5.年龄>50周岁； 6.腰椎骨密度T值<=-2.5。

Inclusion criteria

1. No surgical contraindications; 2. Imaging examinations and clinical symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture; 3. No nerve or spinal cord injury; 4. Single-segment thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture; 5. Age > 50 years; 6. Lumbar bone density T-score <= -2.5.

排除标准：

1.椎体原发性或转移性肿瘤、血管瘤、椎体结核、椎体感染等病理性骨折患者； 2.合并严重心肺疾病、凝血功能障碍及长期使用免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素、抗凝血药物或其他对预后不利的药物等，无法耐受手术者； 3.多节段椎体骨折。以上条件满足任意一条即可排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with primary or metastatic tumors of the vertebral body, hemangiomas, vertebral tuberculosis, vertebral infections, etc., who have pathological fractures; 2.Patients with severe heart and lung diseases, coagulation dysfunction, long-term use of immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, anticoagulant drugs or other drugs that are unfavorable for prognosis, and who cannot tolerate surgery; 3.Patients with multiple segmental vertebral fractures. Meeting any one of the above conditions will exclude the patient.
