研究目的：

本研究针对中重度银屑病生物制剂治疗的患者，旨在通过整合多源异构数据，利用人工智能与大模型技术建立一套中断治疗高风险人群的预测模型，并在此基础上构建个性化、多维度的干预管理策略，以提升银屑病患者的治疗依从性，为医生提供决策支持，帮助医生为患者制定个性化的治疗方案，提高治疗的疗效和安全性，降低治疗风险，最终改善患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on patients with moderate to severe psoriasis undergoing biologic therapy. It aims to establish a predictive model for identifying high-risk populations for treatment interruption by integrating multi-source heterogeneous data using artificial intelligence and large model technologies. Based on this model, a personalized and multi-dimensional intervention management strategy will be developed to improve treatment adherence among psoriasis patients. This initiative seeks to provide clinicians with decision support to help them formulate individualized treatment plans, thereby enhancing treatment efficacy and safety, reducing treatment risks, and ultimately improving patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为中重度银屑病或银屑病关节炎。诊断标准参照《银屑病诊疗指南》（2023版）的定义。
2.接受过生物制剂药物治疗。生物制剂包括依那西普、英夫利西单抗、阿达木单抗、培塞利珠单抗、乌司奴单抗、司库奇尤单抗、依奇珠单抗、布罗利尤单抗、古塞奇尤单抗、替拉珠单抗、佩索利单抗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with moderate to severe psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. The diagnostic criteria refer to the definition in the 'Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis' (2023 Edition).
2.Received treatment with biologic drugs. Biologics include etanercept, infliximab, adalimumab, secukinumab, ustekinumab, ixekizumab, rituximab, brodalumab, guselkumab, tildrakizumab, and peficitinib.

排除标准：

1.既往诊断患者诊疗信息缺失超过20%。

Exclusion criteria：

1.More than 20% of the medical treatment information for previously diagnosed patients is missing.

收集我院2018年1月1日至2024年12月31日以来皮肤科和风湿免疫科诊断的中重度银屑病或/和银屑病关节炎患者并接受生物制剂治疗的患者信息和“银屑病规范化诊疗中心”中银屑病患者数据。包括基本信息、银屑病疾病特点、治疗信息等。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect information on patients with moderate to severe psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis diagnosed in the Dermatology and Rheumatology and Immunology Departments of our hospital from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2024, who have received biologic therapy, as well as psoriasis patient data from the 'Standardized Psoriasis Diagnosis and Treatment Center'. This includes basic information, disease characteristics of psoriasis, and treatment details.
