Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to observe the effects of motor imagery-guided task-oriented walking training on walking function in stroke patients and to explore its potential mechanisms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-75岁；2.首次发病，经CT或MRI确诊为大脑半球缺血性或出血性脑卒中；3.病程为发病后2周至6个月（亚急性期）；4.存在单侧肢体偏瘫，患侧下肢Brunnstrom分期≥Ⅲ期；5.功能性步行量表等级为2-4级（即需要他人监护或身体辅助下步行）；6.简易精神状态检查量表评分≥22分，能理解并配合训练；7.患者或其法定代理人签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 20–75 years; 2.First-ever stroke, diagnosed as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in the cerebral hemisphere by CT or MRI; 3.Disease course of 2 weeks to 6 months after onset (subacute phase); 4.Presence of unilateral hemiplegia, with Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower limb >= III; 5.Functional Ambulation Category score 2–4 (i.e., requiring supervision or physical assistance for walking); 6.Mini-Mental State Examination score >= 22, able to understand and cooperate with the training; 7.Signed written informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal representative.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心肺疾病（如NYHA心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级、不稳定型心绞痛）、严重关节炎、下肢深静脉血栓等禁忌高强度步行训练者；2.伴有其他严重影响步行的神经系统或肌肉骨骼系统疾病；3.存在严重视觉障碍、前庭功能障碍或完全性失语；4.患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合；5.正在参与其他可能干扰本研究的康复或药物临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe cardiopulmonary diseases (e.g., NYHA class III–IV heart failure, unstable angina), severe arthritis, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, or other conditions that contraindicate high-intensity walking training; 2.Comorbidity with other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that significantly affect walking ability; 3.Presence of severe visual impairment, vestibular dysfunction, or global aphasia; 4.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment that precludes cooperation with the training; 5.Concurrent participation in other rehabilitation or drug clinical trials that may interfere with this study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Double data entry: A double-entry method was used, in which two individuals independently entered the data from the case report forms into the database. After data entry, consistency checks were performed, and any discrepancies were corrected promptly. Logical verification: A data verification program was established to retrospectively verify outliers or missing values. Confidentiality management: All personal information of the participants was anonymized, with identification numbers used instead of names, to protect patient privacy.
