研究目的：

采集存在注意缺陷、抑郁、焦虑、网络成瘾症状的儿童青少年的认知、行为、情绪、社会心理因素数据，构建儿童青少年脑智发育相关指标的评估、分型和辅助诊断模型，并进行模型的验证与优化；评估儿童青少年注意、情绪、网络使用等脑智发育相关指标特点，及其与社会心理因素的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect data on cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial factors from children and adolescents with attention deficit, depression, anxiety, and internet addiction symptoms. Build assessment, classification, and auxiliary diagnostic models for indicators related to brain and intelligence development in children and adolescents, and validate and optimize these models. Evaluate the characteristics of indicators related to brain and intelligence development in children and adolescents, such as attention, emotion, and internet use, as well as their correlation with psychosocial factors.

纳入标准：

1.年龄6-18岁，符合以下四类疾病中至少其中之一的诊断标准，或未完全达到诊断标准的亚临床状态，具体包括：DSM-5(《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第5版)中的注意缺陷多动障碍；ICD-11(《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》第11版)中的抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍、游戏障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 6-18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for at least one of the following four diseases, or in a subclinical state that does not fully meet the diagnostic criteria, specifically including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as defined in DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition);
2.depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and gaming disorder as defined in ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision).

排除标准：

1.听力障碍；红绿色盲；孤独症谱系障碍、智力发育障碍、精神病性障碍者；患严重躯体及神经系统疾病；目前存在明显的自伤、自杀行为及风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hearing impairment;
2.red-green color blindness;
3.individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual developmental disorder, or psychotic disorder;
4.those suffering from severe physical and neurological diseases;
5.and those currently exhibiting significant self-injury, suicidal behavior, and associated risks.
