研究目的：

建立并完善本院口腔种植学科牙列缺损（失）进行种植修复患者的、大样本队列资料库，为后续进行种植修复相关临床研究提供可靠的数据来源；实现以患者为中心(center, C),建立标准化、高质量的重大疾病与人群队列生物样本库(biobank, B), 开展高水准学科建设(discipline construction, D),推进转化研究(translational research, T)，最后实现临床个性化精准医学（precision medicine, M）的CBDTM新型临床转化研究  

Objectives of Study：

Establish and improve a large sample cohort database of patients with dental defects (loss) undergoing implant restoration in the Department of oral implantology of our hospital, providing reliable data sources for subsequent clinical studies related to implant restoration; Realize patient-centered (center, C), establish standardized and high-quality biobank for major diseases and population cohort (biobank, B), and carry out high-level discipline construction (discipline construction, D), promote translational research (T), and finally realize the new clinical translational research of CBDTM in clinical personalized precision medicine (M)

纳入标准：

1)年龄18周岁及以上 2)全身健康状况良好，无严重、未控制的全身系统性疾病 (如糖尿病、心血管疾病等) 3)口腔卫生良好，无未控制的严重的口腔内感染性疾病、牙周炎等 4)无重度吸烟病史；

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18 and above 2) Good general health, no serious, uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.) 3) Good oral hygiene, no uncontrolled serious oral infectious diseases, periodontitis, etc 4) No history of heavy smoking;

排除标准：

1）不愿意参加本研究随访者； 2）其他不符合种植治疗要求的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Respondents who are not willing to participate in this study;
2) Other conditions that do not meet the requirements of implantation therapy;
