研究目的：

通过获取咬合重建患者的术前检查结果（包括影像学资料、临床病历、临床照片等）、治疗过程（包括咬合重建的流程、治疗过程照片等）、术后检查结果（包括术后临床照片、随访过程的临床病历和影像学资料等），利用CBCT三维模型重建测量咬合重建中咬合垂直距离升高前后颞下颌关节结构变化，对比咬合重建前后颞下颌关节临床表现，评估咬合垂直距离升高对颞下颌关节的影响，为咬合重建时咬合垂直距离的选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Obtain preoperative examination results of patients undergoing occlusal rehabilitation (including radiographic data, clinical medical records, clinical photographs, etc.), the treatment process (including the procedures of occlusal reconstruction, photographs of the treatment process, etc.), and postoperative examination results (including postoperative clinical photographs, clinical records, and radiographic data from follow-up visits, etc.). Utilize CBCT for three-dimensional model reconstruction to measure the structural changes in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) before and after the increase in vertical dimension of occlusion during occlusal rehabilitation. Additionally, compare the clinical manifestations of the TMJ before and after occlusal rehabilitation to assess the impact of the increase in vertical dimension of occlusion on the TMJ, and provide a reference for the selection of vertical dimension of occlusion during occlusal rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）初诊年龄30~80周岁；
2）有咬合垂直距离升高的咬合重建患者；
3）有咬合垂直距离升高前后CBCT影像学结果，关节腔形态完整；
4）全身健康状况良好，无影响颞下颌关节的系统性疾病，如类风湿性关节炎。

Inclusion criteria

1) Initial diagnosis age between 30 to 80 years old；
2) Patients with occlusal rehabilitation who have an increase in vertical dimension of occlusion；
3) Patients with pre- and post-increase in vertical dimension of occlusion CBCT imaging results, in which the joint cavity morphology is intact;
4) Patients without systemic diseases affecting the temporomandibular joint, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

排除标准：

1）颞下颌关节手术史、外伤史者；
2）颞下颌关节发生器质性改变、张口受限，需要手术治疗者；
3）伴精神疾病或认知功能障碍者；
4）依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a history of temporomandibular joint surgery or trauma;
2) Patients with organic changes in the temporomandibular joint, limited mouth opening, and those requiring surgical treatment;
3) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment;
4) Patients with poor compliance.
