研究目的：

于急诊信息系统提取2024年11月-2025年10月陆军军医大学大坪医院急诊医学科急诊绿色通道（胸痛、卒中、创伤）患者院间转诊数据，分析导致转诊延迟、急诊滞留和二次转诊的主要影响因素，为优化区域协同急诊绿色通道救治提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Data on inter-hospital transfers of emergency green channel patients (chest pain, stroke, trauma) from the Department of Emergency Medicine, Daping Hospital, Army Medical University, between November 2024 and October 2025, were extracted from the emergency information system. The main influencing factors contributing to delayed referral, emergency department boarding, and secondary referral were analyzed to provide evidence for optimizing regional coordinated emergency green channel care.

纳入标准：

2024年11月-2025年10月陆军军医大学大坪医院急诊科接诊的所有院间转诊胸痛绿色通道患者。

Inclusion criteria

All inter-hospital transferred chest pain green channel patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Daping Hospital, Army Medical University from November 2024 to October 2025.

排除标准：

1.非胸痛、卒中、创伤绿色通道患者。
2.非院间转诊患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients not admitted through the chest pain, stroke, or trauma green channels;
2.Non-inter-hospital transferred patients;
