研究目的:

通过临床试验精确评估整脊推拿对220例AIS患者的疗效,使用相关指标量化评估治疗效果,验证其在改善患者脊柱形态和功能方面的有效性及可行性。 构建脊柱侧弯动物模型,从病理学和分子机制层面研究整脊推拿的作用,探索其对脊柱形态和Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的调控机制,  

Objectives of Study:

A clinical trial precisely evaluated the efficacy of chiropractic massage therapy in 220 patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Treatment outcomes were quantified using relevant indicators to validate the therapy's effectiveness and feasibility in improving spinal morphology and function. Establish animal models of scoliosis to investigate the effects of chiropractic manipulation at the pathological and molecular mechanism levels, exploring its regulatory mechanisms on spinal morphology and the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

纳入标准:

1. 确诊为特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者,年龄10-18周岁;2. Cobb角10°–40°;3. 既往未接受脊柱手术或生物制剂治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), aged 10–18 years; 2. Cobb angle of 10°–40°; 3. No prior spinal surgery or biologic agent treatment.

排除标准:

1. 先天性脊柱畸形或神经肌肉性疾病;2. 严重心肺功能障碍(NYHA分级Ⅲ级以上);3. 近3个月内参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Congenital spinal deformities or neuromuscular disorders; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction (NYHA Class III or higher); 3. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
