研究目的：

本研究主要探讨PDCA应用在提高纤维喉镜检查成功率的成效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of PDCA application in improving the success rate of flexible laryngoscopy examination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18周岁≥患者年龄≤70周岁； 2.有纤维喉镜检查适应症：咽喉反流、声嘶、声带小结等； 3.认知功能、精神状态良好者； 4.均无纤维喉镜检查禁忌症； 5.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 years old >= patient age <= 70 years old; 2. there are indications for fiberoptic laryngoscopy: laryngopharyngeal reflux, hoarseness, vocal nodules, etc; 3. those with good cognitive function and mental state; 4. there were no contraindications for fiberoptic laryngoscopy; 5. those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并严重沟通障碍者 ； 2.存在严重心、肝、肾等功能不全者 ； 3.依从性较低的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. merge serious communication barriers; 2. patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. patients with low compliance.
