通过生物信息学分析与实验验证，探究肝细胞癌中与细胞套叠相关的关键基因及其潜在分子机制，旨在为肝细胞癌的治疗发现新的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the key genes associated with cell-in-cell (CIC) and their underlying molecular mechanisms in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) through bioinformatics analysis and experimental validation, aiming to discover novel biomarkers for the treatment of HCC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)自愿签署知情同意书； (2)病理示肝细胞癌； (3)年龄≥18岁，性别不限； (4)2025.01至2025.08就诊于山东大学齐鲁医院（青岛）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. Age >= 18 years, no gender restriction; 4. Treated at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (Qingdao) from January 2025 to August 2025.

排除标准：

(1)术后病理诊断为良性肿瘤或非肝癌的恶性肿瘤； (2)其他肿瘤转移至肝脏的转移性癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign tumors or malignant tumors other than hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. Metastatic cancer from other tumors to the liver.

本研究共享原始数据的方式与时间如下：公共数据库数据（GEO数据库GSE76427、GSE149614，TCGA-LIHC项目）已通过GEO（https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/）和GDC Data Portal（https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/）公开获取，数据已公开，无需额外申请；临床样本验证原始数据（包括qPCR检测的Ct值、相对表达量，免疫组化H-score评分等）将在研究结果发表后6个月内通过figshare公共数据平台（https://figshare.com）进行共享，数据以Excel格式上传，该平台支持公式计算功能，可对数据进行查验与引用，数据将分配DOI以便引用。本研究涉及的临床病理资料由本院信息部门审批后进行调用，所有数据共享均遵循《人类遗传资源管理暂行办法》及相关伦理规定，已获山东大学齐鲁医院（青岛）医学伦理委员会批准（批件号：KYLL-2024054），数据共享前将进行去标识化处理，确保受试者隐私保护。如需在研究发表前获取数据，可联系主要研究者李佳（山东大学齐鲁医院（青岛）肝病科）。

Public database data (GEO: GSE76427, GSE149614; TCGA-LIHC) are publicly available via GEO (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/) and the GDC Data Portal (https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/) without additional application. Raw clinical validation data (including qPCR Ct values, relative expression levels, and immunohistochemistry H-scores) will be shared within 6 months after publication via the figshare public data platform (https://figshare.com). Data will be uploaded in Excel format; the platform supports formula calculation functions, allowing data verification and citation, and a DOI will be assigned. The clinical and pathological data involved in this study were accessed following approval from the hospital's information department. All data sharing complies with the Interim Measures for the Management of Human Genetic Resources and relevant ethical regulations, and has been approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (Qingdao) (Approval No.: KYLL-2024054). Data will be de-identified prior to sharing to protect subject privacy. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据采集和管理由以下两部分组成：一为病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF），采用纸质病例记录表，由研究者根据受试者住院病历资料填写，记录内容包括人口统计学数据、病史、实验室检查结果、切除肝组织病理结果等，所有数据由主要研究者审核，确保数据真实、完整、准确，研究记录做任何更正时采用划线旁注方式，注明修改理由、签名及日期，不得擦涂或覆盖原记录；二为电子采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC），本研究涉及的临床病理资料由本院信息部门审批后进行调用，数据录入使用Excel电子表格进行管理，具有公式计算功能，电子文件加密存储，受试者以唯一识别编码标识，不包含个人身份信息，符合隐私保护及人类遗传资源管理要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection and management in this study consist of the following two components: First, the Case Record Form (CRF), which is a paper-based form completed by researchers based on subjects' inpatient medical records, including demographic data, medical history, laboratory test results, and pathological results. All data are reviewed by the principal investigator to ensure authenticity, completeness, and accuracy. Any corrections to the research records are made by crossing out the error, writing the correct data alongside, noting the reason for correction, and signing with the date; no erasing or covering of the original record is permitted. Second, the Electronic Data Capture and Management System (EDC): the clinical and pathological data involved in this study were accessed following approval from the hospital's information department. Data are managed using Excel spreadsheets with formula calculation functions. Electronic files are encrypted and stored, and subjects are identified by unique codes without personal identifiable information, complying with privacy protection and human genetic resource management requirements.
