研究目的：

本研究是一项观察性研究，主要目的是通过多模态脑影像技术（磁共振成像和近红外光谱技术）以及多项神经心理特征标准化量表，探究孤独症谱系障碍儿童与健康同龄儿童在神经心理特征以及大脑皮层血流动力学特征上的差异。通过对比不同组别儿童的神经心理方面以及大脑活动的特征，理解该类疾病的神经病理机制，从而为未来制定更精准的康复治疗方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is an observational study whose primary objective is to investigate differences in neuropsychological characteristics and cortical hemodynamic features between children with autism spectrum disorder and healthy age-matched children using multimodal brain imaging techniques (magnetic resonance imaging and near-infrared spectroscopy) and standardized neuropsychological assessment scales. By comparing the neuropsychological and brain activity characteristics of children in different groups, we aim to understand the neuropathological mechanisms underlying this condition, thereby providing a scientific basis for developing more precise rehabilitation treatment plans in the future.

纳入标准：

孤独症组纳入： （1）年龄在 4-16 岁的儿童； （2）符合 DSM-5 关于孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）的诊断标准，并经两名主治医师及以上级别专业人员确认； （3）受试者或者监护人能充分理解本试验知情同意内容并自愿签署知情同意书。 健康组排除标准： （1）与病例组在年龄（±6个月）和性别比例上进行频数匹配的健康儿童； （2）无精神神经发育障碍病史，体格发育正常； （3）就读于普通学校/幼儿园； （4）受试者或者监护人能充分理解本试验知情同意内容并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the ASD group: (1) Children aged 4–16 years; (2) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as confirmed by two or more professionals at the level of attending physician or higher; (3) The participant or guardian fully understands the content of the informed consent form for this trial and voluntarily signs the informed consent form. Exclusion criteria for the TD group: (1) Healthy children matched for age (+/-6 months) and gender ratio with the case group; (2) No history of neurodevelopmental disorders and normal physical development; (3) Enrolled in a regular school or kindergarten; (4) The participant or guardian fully understands the content of the informed consent form for this trial and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

孤独症组排除标准： （1）患有已知的遗传性疾病； （2）患有其他严重的神经系统疾病； （3）存在严重的视力、听力障碍或肢体残疾，无法配合评估； （4）近6个月内家庭发生重大变故严重影响情绪状态者。 健康组排除标准： （1）既往有任何精神科诊断史（如 ADHD、焦虑症等）； （2）直系亲属中有 ASD 或其他严重精神疾病家族史； （3）正在服用精神类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

ASD exclusion criteria: (1) Known hereditary disorders; (2) Other severe neurological disorders; (3) Severe visual, hearing, or physical impairments that prevent cooperation during the assessment; (4) Individuals who have experienced a major family crisis within the past 6 months that has significantly affected their emotional state. Exclusion Criteria for the TD Group: (1) History of any psychiatric diagnosis (e.g., ADHD, anxiety disorders, etc.); (2) Family history of ASD or other severe psychiatric disorders among first-degree relatives; (3) Currently taking psychiatric medications.
