研究目的：

本项目拟在文献及前期研究的基础上，构建基于人工神经网络技术和ICF的脊髓损伤患者康复预后模型，并在临床中推广应用，为脊髓损伤患者制定个性化的康复治疗计划提供预期参考基础，从而提高患者的整体康复治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The project is proposed in the literature and previous research, on the basis of building based on artificial neural network technology and the prognosis of patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation model of ICF, and popularization and application in the clinical, individualized rehabilitation plan for patients with spinal cord injury (sci) provide a reference basis, so as to improve the overall rehabilitation of patients with therapeutic effect.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脊髓损伤诊断标准（ISNCSCI，2019年修订版，美国脊柱损伤协会制定），属于ASIA分级A~D级，并有影像学资料，如CT、MR证明其符合脊髓损伤； 2.脊髓休克期过后； 3.年龄大于18岁，小于80； 4.自愿加入研究，并签署知情同意书； 5.意识清醒，生命体征稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury (ISNCSCI, revised edition 2019, formulated by the American Spinal Injury Association), belongs to ASIA grades A to D, and has imaging data such as CT and MR to prove that it is a spinal cord injury; 2. After the shock period of the spinal cord; 3. Age greater than 18 years and less than 80 years; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 5. Conscious and with stable vital signs.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的其他系统疾病、病情危重或病情迅速进展者，如肾衰竭、心肺功能衰竭等； 2.合并骨盆骨折或多跟多处肋骨骨折等可能影响评估者； 3.AIS E级者； 4.有影响信息采集的其他因素，如气管切开状态导致不能发声、严重精神病史、认知功能严重下降等； 5.依从性差，配合度差等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe other systemic diseases, critical conditions or rapid disease progression, such as renal failure, cardiopulmonary failure, etc.; 2. Those with pelvic fractures or multiple fractures of multiple ribs that may affect the assessment; 3. AIS grade E patients; 4. Other factors that affect information collection, such as inability to speak due to tracheotomy status, severe history of mental illness, severe decline in cognitive function, etc.; 5. Poor compliance and poor cooperation.
