研究目的：

本研究拟开展一项观察性研究，针对体检中心2025-2026年进行了体成分测量的群体，收集人口统计学数据、全血细胞计数+五分类、肝肾功能、血脂等检验结果，通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析筛选独立风险预测因素，旨在构建并验证一个基于体成分的肌肉质量减少风险预测模型，为建立覆盖筛查、风险评估与干预的肌肉健康管理闭环体系提供核心技术支持，具有重要的科学价值与广阔的应用前景。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims to conduct an observational study targeting individuals who underwent body composition measurements at a health examination center from 2025 to 2026. Demographic data, complete blood count with five-part differential, liver and kidney function tests, and blood lipid profiles will be collected. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses will be performed to identify independent risk predictors. The ultimate goal is to develop and validate a risk prediction model for decreased muscle mass based on body composition parameters, thereby providing core technical support for establishing a closed-loop system for muscle health management that integrates screening, risk assessment, and intervention. This study holds significant scientific value and broad application prospects.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.临床数据完整； 3.肢体无残缺。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. No limb deficiency or amputation.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期； 2.体内佩戴心脏起搏器等电子医疗仪器； 3.测量结果明显异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Presence of electronic medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers; 3. Markedly abnormal measurement results.
