研究目的：

1. 观察非营养性甜味剂（NNS）摄入量、运动和代谢生物标志物之间的关系。 2. 确定肥胖成年人中非营养性甜味剂（NNS）摄入量、运动和肠道菌群之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the relationship between non-nutritive sweetener (NNS) consumption, exercise, and metabolic biomarkers. 2. To determine the relationship between NNS consumption, exercise, and gut microbiota in adults with obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18至55岁之间的中国成年人； 2. 肥胖：根据亚洲标准，BMI>=25.0 kg/m^2； 3. 无饮酒或吸烟史； 4. 体重在过去3个月内保持稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese adults aged between 18 and 55 years; 2. Obesity: based on the Asia cut-off point, BMI >= 25.0 kg/m^2; 3. No current or chronic use of alcohol or tobacco; 4. Body weight has been stable for the past 3 months.

排除标准：

1. 已知有心血管或代谢相关疾病史； 2. 目前正在参与其他试验； 3. 肠易激综合征或对多元醇（糖醇）不耐受； 4. 影响运动能力的疾病（关节炎）或损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. known history of cardiovascular or metabolic-related disease; 2. current participation in other trials; 3. irritable bowel syndrome or intolerance to polyols (sugar alcohols); 4. diseases (arthritis) or injuries that affect the ability to exercise.
