观察或评估真实世界中特瑞普利治疗中国晚期或者适用全身系统治疗的局晚期实体肿瘤患者（驱动基因阴性非小细胞肺癌，尿路上皮癌，食管癌，鼻咽癌，黑色素瘤，肾细胞癌，小细胞肺癌、三阴乳腺癌、肝细胞癌，肾细胞癌，小细胞肺癌、三阴乳腺癌、肝细胞癌）的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Observe or evaluate the treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or locally advanced solid tumors eligible for systemic therapy with toripalil in the real world (driver gene-negative non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial carcinoma, esophageal cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma) The efficacy and safety of small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学或细胞学确诊为对应的实体肿瘤（驱动基因阴性非小细胞肺癌，尿路上皮癌，食管癌，鼻咽癌，黑色素瘤，肾细胞癌，小细胞肺癌、三阴乳腺癌、肝细胞癌）；
2.基于TNM分期为晚期（TXNXM1），或者适用全身系统治疗的局晚期；
3.至少有一个可经CT或MRI评价的病灶;
4.至少完成3周期特瑞普利单抗单药和/或联合治疗的患者;
5.至少完成1次有效性评估（首次用药6-12周影像评估）;
6.受试者自愿加入本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically or cytologically confirmed as the corresponding solid tumor (driver gene-negative non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial carcinoma, esophageal cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma); 2. Based on the TNM stage being advanced (TXNXM1), or the locally advanced stage applicable for systemic treatment; 3. There is at least one lesion that can be evaluated by CT or MRI; 4. Patients who have completed at least 3 cycles of toripalimab monotherapy and/or combination therapy; 5. At least one effectiveness assessment (imaging assessment 6 to 12 weeks after the first administration) has been completed; 6. The subjects voluntarily joined this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.5年内曾罹患其它恶性肿瘤，但是研究治愈的局限性肿瘤除外; 2.观察期间参加过其他临床试验的患者； 3.本研究为真实世界研究，无特殊排除标准；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having suffered from other malignant tumors within the past five years, except for localized tumors that have been cured through research. 2. Patients who participated in other clinical trials during the observation period; 3. This study is a real-world one and there are no special exclusion criteria.
