本研究旨在通过功能磁共振成像(fMRI)与结构相影像数据的多模态结合,探索精神分裂症患者大脑功能网络的异常及其与临床症状的关系。具体目标包括: (1)揭示功能网络异常与结构基础的关系:研究将聚焦默认模式网络(DMN)、突显网络(SN)与中央执行网络(CEN)之间的功能异常,结合大脑结构数据(如皮层厚度和体积),探索这些功能异常背后的结构基础,深入理解网络失调的生物学机制。 (2)探讨结构-功能耦合机制:通过构建结构-功能耦合模型,探索大脑各主要网络间的相互作用及其在精神分裂症中的动态变化,分析不同脑区在功能代偿过程中的作用,识别可能的代偿特征。 (3)探索代偿机制的临床关联:识别精神分裂症患者中,结构损伤但功能连接增强的脑区(正向异常)与结构-功能同步减弱的脑区(负向异常),并进一步探讨这些代偿模式与临床症状(如阳性症状、认知症状、阴性症状等)的关系。项目的开展具有重要的理论、临床、方法学上的意义。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to explore the abnormalities in brain functional networks of patients with schizophrenia and their relationship with clinical symptoms through the multimodal combination of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and structural imaging data. The specific objectives include: (1) Revealing the relationship between functional network abnormalities and structural basis: The study will focus on functional abnormalities among the default mode network (DMN), salience network (SN), and central executive network (CEN). By combining brain structural data (such as cortical thickness and volume), it will explore the structural basis behind these functional abnormalities and gain a deeper understanding of the biological mechanisms of network dysregulation. (2) Investigating structure-function coupling mechanisms: By constructing a structure-function coupling model, the study will explore the interactions among major brain networks and their dynamic changes in schizophrenia, analyze the roles of different brain regions in functional compensation processes, and identify potential compensation features. (3) Exploring the clinical relevance of compensation mechanisms: The study will identify brain regions in patients with schizophrenia that show structural damage but enhanced functional connectivity (positive anomalies) and those with weakened structure-function synchronization (negative anomalies), and further investigate the relationship between these compensation patterns and clinical symptoms (such as positive symptoms, cognitive symptoms, and negative symptoms). The implementation of this project holds significant theoretical, clinical, and methodological implications. |

1. Inclusion criteria for schizophrenia subjects: (1) Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the DSM-V or ICD-10 manuals; (2) Age 18-60 years, any gender; (3) Non-acute phase, without obvious suicidal behavior or tendencies; (4) Normal vision, color perception, and hearing, right-handed. 2. 排除标准: |
1.具有 tES、MRI、EEG 测试禁忌症者,如头部金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症等; 2.妊娠、妊娠试验阳性、或哺乳期女性; 3.具有重度或者不可控的全身性疾病(如呼吸、循环、消化、神经、血液、泌尿生殖、内分泌系统疾病)等; 4.不能签署知情同意书或文盲,不愿意遵循或者没有能力完成所有实验者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Individuals with contraindications for tES, MRI, or EEG tests, such as metal implants in the head, claustrophobia, etc.; 2. Pregnant women, those with a positive pregnancy test, or breastfeeding women; 3. Individuals with severe or uncontrollable systemic diseases (such as respiratory, circulatory, digestive, neurological, hematological, genitourinary, or endocrine system diseases); 4. Individuals who cannot sign the informed consent form or are illiterate, unwilling to comply with, or unable to complete all experimental procedures. |
