研究目的：

研究者希望通过本研究阐述HBV通过TGFβ1诱导的MDK促进肝纤维化的分子机制，得到MDK作为新的乙肝肝纤维化检测标志物的初步证据，为进一步发现新的乙肝相关肝纤维化的治疗靶点奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

We hope to elaborate the molecular mechanism by HBV promotes liver fibrosis through TGFβ 1-induced MDK through this study, obtain the preliminary evidence of MDK as a new detection marker for hepatitis B liver fibrosis, and lay the foundation for further discovery of new therapeutic targets for hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

乙肝肝纤维化组：1. 有HBV感染；2. 病理或影像学检查证实有肝纤维化； 对照组1：1. 有HBV感染；2. 影像学检查排除肝纤维化； 对照组2：无HBV感染的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

Hepatitis B liver fibrosis group: 1. HBV infection; 2. Pathological or imaging examinations confirm the presence of liver fibrosis; Control group 1: 1. HBV infection; 2. Imaging examinations ruled out liver fibrosis; Control Group 2: Healthy individuals without HBV infection.

排除标准：

1. 感染HCV或其他肝炎病毒感染； 2. 合并其他脏器严重疾病； 3. 合并恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infection with HCV or other hepatitis viruses; 2. Combined with serious diseases of other organs; 3. Combined with malignant tumors.
