研究目的：

通过获取人体组织、体液样本，揭示以代谢物感应GPCR为代表的代谢免疫信号途径对髓源抑制性细胞、T细胞等特定免疫细胞功能的调控机制。通过PDO与PDX等模型揭示干预以代谢物感应GPCR为代表的代谢免疫信号途径对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果及其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By obtaining human tissue and body fluid samples, we reveal the regulatory mechanism of the metabolic immune signaling pathway represented by metabolite sensing GPCR on the functions of specific immune cells such as myeloid-derived inhibitory cells and T cells. Models such as PDO and PDX reveal the the*utic effect and mechanism of interfering with the metabolic immune signaling pathway represented by metabolite sensing GPCR on malignant tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18~80岁，男女不限；
2.经组织学或细胞学诊断确诊为恶性肿瘤（包括但不限于结直肠癌组织样本及其癌旁组织、膀胱癌组织样本及其癌旁组织、肾癌组织样本及其癌旁组织、前列腺癌组织样本及其癌旁组织）；
3.患者及家属能够理解并愿意参与本临床研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 - 80 years old, male or female;
2.Confirmed malignant tumor through histological or cytological diagnosis (including but not limited to colorectal cancer tissue samples and its adjacent tissues, bladder cancer tissue samples and its adjacent tissues, kidney cancer tissue samples and its adjacent tissues, prostate cancer tissue samples and its adjacent tissues);
3.Patients and their families can understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.术前新辅助治疗者；
2.ASA分级≥ IV级和/或ECOG体力状态评分> 2分；
3.具有严重的肝肾功能、心肺功能、凝血功能障碍或合并严重的基础疾病不能耐受手术者；
4.具有严重的精神疾病病史；
5.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
6.有服用激素类药物史者；
7.有研究者认为的其他临床、实验室情况病人不宜参加该项试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative neoadjuvant; 2.ASA classification >= IV and/or ECOG performance status score> 2; 3.Persons with severe liver and renal function, cardiopulmonary function, coagulation dysfunction or severe underlying diseases that cannot tolerate surgery; 4.History of severe mental illness; 5.pregnant or lactating women; 6.Persons with a history of taking hormone drugs; 7.Patients with other clinical and laboratory conditions that the investigator believes are inappropriate to participate in this trial;
