研究目的：

（1）明确超声引导竖脊肌平面阻滞减少老年患者PKP术后残余疼痛发生的有效性及优效性，为临床预防PKP术后残余疼痛提供参考和意见建议； （2）评估比较超声引导竖脊肌平面阻滞及局麻组ODI及手术满意度的差异，明确超声引导竖脊肌平面阻滞改善老年患者远期功能及手术满意度的有效性及优效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the effectiveness and superiority of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block in reducing the occurrence of residual pain in elderly patients after PKP surgery, and to provide reference and suggestions for clinical prevention of residual pain after PKP surgery; (2) To evaluate and compare the differences in ODI and surgical satisfaction between the ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block group and the local anesthesia group, and to clarify the effectiveness and superiority of ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block in improving the long-term function and surgical satisfaction of elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2024年1月至2024年12月于XXX医院行经皮椎体后凸成形术，年龄65-80岁，美国麻醉医师协会（American society of Aneshesiologists, ASA）分级II-Ⅲ级，急性骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(一周内)，单节段骨折(T11-L4)。

Inclusion criteria

From January 2024 to December 2024, percutaneous kyphoplasty was performed at XXX Hospital for patients aged 65-80 years, with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of II-III. They suffered from acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (within one week), involving a single segment (T11-L4).

排除标准：

1．既往脊柱手术史或脊柱畸形； 2.合并其他创伤或骨折； 3.重要脏器功能障碍； 4.代谢性骨病、转移、感染; 5.精神类疾病或神经系统疾病; 6. 局麻药过敏； 7.语言障碍或学习障碍导致难以完成问卷； 8.严重心动过缓。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of spinal surgery or spinal deformity; 2. Complicated with other traumas or fractures; 3. Impaired function of important organs; 4. Metabolic bone diseases, metastasis, infection; 5. Mental disorders or neurological disorders; 6. Allergy to local anesthetics; 7. Language or learning disorders making it difficult to complete the questionnaire; 8. Severe bradycardia.
