研究目的：

针对中度/重度牙周炎患者的松动牙，通过数字化技术制作上颌咬合板提高在牙周基础治疗阶段的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To make maxillary occlusal splint by digital technology in patients with loose teeth in moderate/severe periodontitis, and to improve the effect of initial periodontal treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄30-70岁； 2.患者至少有一颗牙松动，且松动牙中至少有一颗松动度达Ⅱ度-Ⅲ度，患者强烈要求保留患牙； 3.患者依从性良好，定期复诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 30 - 70 years old; 2. The patient has at least one tooth that is loose, and at least one of the loose teeth has a degree of looseness ranging from grade II to grade III. The patient strongly requests to keep the affected tooth; 3. The patient has good compliance and attends regular follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1.患有严重系统性疾病或系统性疾病未控制（糖尿病、血液系统疾病、骨质疏松、类风湿、肿瘤），不能配合研究者； 2.牙根纵裂或根折的患牙； 3.对冷热刺激敏感的患牙； 4.固定桥及可摘局部义齿的基牙； 5.患有颞下颌关节疾病患者； 6.存在夜磨牙习惯的患者； 7.存在反（牙合）、对刃（牙合）情况的患者，或正畸治疗中的患者； 8.准备妊娠或处于妊娠期者； 9.重度吸烟者，吸烟>=10支/天； 10.不能按约复诊、依从性不佳、资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe systemic diseases or whose systemic diseases are not under control (diabetes, hematological diseases, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors), who cannot cooperate with the researchers; 2. Teeth with longitudinal cracks or root fractures; 3. Teeth sensitive to cold and hot stimuli; 4. Abutment teeth of fixed bridges and removable partial dentures; 5. Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders; 6. Patients with nocturnal bruxism habit; 7. Patients with malocclusion (bite) or overbite (bite), or patients undergoing orthodontic treatment; 8. Pregnant or post-pregnancy women; 9. Severe smokers, smoking >= 10 cigarettes/day; 10. Patients who cannot follow up as scheduled, have poor compliance, or have incomplete data.
