探究小儿胸腔镜手术中单肺通气期间低氧血症的危险因素并建立风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the risk factors for hypoxaemia during one-lung ventilation in paediatric thoracoscopic surgery and to establish a risk prediction model.

纳入标准：

2022年1月1日至2025年5月31日期间，在本院接受择期胸腔镜手术且需行单肺通气的0至18岁患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 0 to 18 who undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery at this hospital and require one-lung ventilation between 1 January 2022 and 31 May 2025.

排除标准：

1: 手术中转为开放式开胸术 2: 术中生命体征记录不完整或有误 3: 关键变量数据缺失 4: 其他异常情况导致无法可靠提取数据

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conversion to open thoracotomy during surgery; 2. Incomplete or incorrect recording of vital signs during surgery; 3. Missing data for key variables; 4. Other anomalies preventing reliable data extraction.
