探讨经皮穴位电刺激（TEA）联合聚乙二醇（PEG）在老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Application Effects of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupuncture (TEA) Combined with Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) in Bowel Preparation for Colonoscopy in Elderly Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在≥60岁的成人门诊及住院患者，计划进行筛查、监测和诊断性结肠镜检查，自愿配合该研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Adult outpatients and inpatients aged >=60 years, who are scheduled for screening, surveillance, and diagnostic colonoscopy, and who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

包括严重的心脑血管疾病、肾或肝功能障碍、胃肠道穿孔、中毒性巨结肠、胃肠道梗阻、急性胃肠道出血、急性严重炎症性肠病、结直肠切除史、使用影响胃肠道动力的药物、对PEG过敏、对ECG电极皮肤过敏、熟悉穴位或经络。

Exclusion criteria：

Including severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal or hepatic dysfunction, gastrointestinal perforation, toxic megacolon, gastrointestinal obstruction, acute gastrointestinal bleeding, acute severe inflammatory bowel disease, history of colorectal resection, use of drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility, allergy to PEG, allergy to ECG electrode skin, familiarity with acupuncture points or meridians.
