研究目的：

1.了解儿童先天性心脏病手术中心静脉置管相关并发症的发生率； 2.识别导致儿童先心病手术中心静脉导管相关血栓形成的相关危险因素；分析体外循环对中心静脉置管血栓形成的影响； 3.提出针对性的预防与管理策略建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To understand the incidence of complications related to central venous catheterization in children undergoing congenital heart disease surgery; 2.To identify risk factors associated with central venous catheter-related thrombosis in pediatric congenital heart disease surgery; analyze the impact of cardiopulmonary bypass on central venous catheter thrombosis; 3.To propose targeted prevention and management strategy recommendations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄<=7 岁的学龄前儿童 ； 2.拟行先天性心脏病手术（介入封堵术、体外循下修补术等）并计划在麻 醉科进行 CVC 置入的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Preschool-aged children <= 7 years old; 2.Patients scheduled for congenital heart disease surgery (including interventional closure procedures, cardiopulmonary bypass repair surgeries, etc.) with planned central venous catheter (CVC) insertion by the Department of Anesthesiology;

排除标准：

1.有导管置入部位穿刺史的患者 ； 2.数据不完整的患者 ； 3.CVC 留置时间少于 48 小时的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of puncture at the catheter insertion site; 2. Patients with incomplete data; 3. Patients with CVC indwelling time of less than 48 hours;
