研究目的:

1.构建具有情感计算能力的数字分身模型; 2.搭建智能化健康教育系统,为提升健康宣教质量提供技术支撑与实践范式; 3.验证智能化健康教育成效,为健康教育模式创新提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To construct a digital avatar model with emotional computing capabilities; 2.To develop an intelligent health education system that provides technical support and a practical paradigm for improving the quality of health education; 3.To evaluate the effectiveness of intelligent health education and provide an evidence-based foundation for innovation in health education models.

纳入标准:

选择 2026年5月-2027年12 月在浙江省某三级甲等专科医院妇科病房住院的患者为研究对象 1.年龄<=65 岁; 2.具有正常的视力、听力; 3.精神、记忆、认知能力正常,有完整的汉语表达能力; 4.会使用电脑、手机等电子设备; 5.了解并自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted to the gynecology ward of a tertiary specialized hospital in Zhejiang Province from May 2026 to December 2027 were selected as the study subjects. 1. Age <= 65 years; 2. Have normal vision and hearing; 3. Normal mental, memory, and cognitive abilities, with complete Chinese language expression skills; 4. Able to use electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones; 5. Understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

排除标准:

1.存在内、外科严重并发症无法正常参与健康教育的患者; 2.恶性肿瘤处于放化疗、复发转移阶段的患者; 3.既往精神、心理疾病史; 4.无生活自理能力者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with serious internal or surgical complications who are unable to normally participate in health education; 2. Patients with malignant tumors undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, or in the stage of recurrence and metastasis; 3. Patients with a history of psychiatric or psychological disorders; 4. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves.

住院期间由专人根据患者的疾病诊断及治疗阶段进行阶段性一对一健康教育,并告知患者在宣教后如有疑问可随时向经管护士提问,宣教后签上日期及姓名

During hospitalization, dedicated healthcare providers delivered stage adapted one-on-one health education according to each patient’s diagnosis and treatment stage. Patients were informed that they could consult their attending nurses at any time following the education sessions. All participants signed and dated the education records after completion

由专人指导,住院期间通过基于多模态 AI 的个性化数字分身健康教育系统进行阶段性健康教育,患者可根据自身偏好选择宣教形象、声音、语言种类进行健康教育,该数字分身可识别患者疑问、烦躁等情绪动态调整宣教速度、语调,宣教内容同对照组。相关宣教完成后,数字分身会根据宣教内容生成评估问卷通过交互进行相关知识测评,回答正确可获得积分奖励,回答错误则系统会自动跳出相关知识进行错误解析。患者可根据自身掌握情况进行相关知识的实时交互咨询。对于数字分身无法解答的特殊问题,由医护人员进行人工处理

Intervention:

Under the guidance of dedicated staff, patients in the experimental group received stage-based health education using the personalized digital avatar health education system based on multimodal AI during hospitalization. Patients were allowed to select the avatar, voice type, and language version according to personal preferences. The digital avatar was capable of recognizing patients’ emotional states such as confusion or irritability, and dynamically adjusting the speed and tone of education accordingly. The educational content was identical to that provided in the control group. Upon completion of each education session, the system automatically generated an assessment questionnaire based on the educational content and administered it via interactive dialogue. Correct answers were rewarded with points, while incorrect answers triggered real-time pop-up explanations of the relevant knowledge. Patients could conduct real?time interactive consultations based on their knowledge mastery. Any specialized questions that the digital avatar could not resolve were answered manually by medical staff
