研究目的：

本研究旨在系统揭示ASO患者围手术期至中期康复阶段疼痛症状的动态演变规律，并基于循证数据构建一套个性化、时序化的精准疼痛管理临床路径，最终通过实证验证其效果，以提升疼痛管理质量，改善患者结局  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically reveal the dynamic progression patterns of pain symptoms in patients with ASO from the perioperative period through mid-term recovery. By leveraging evidence-based data, it seeks to construct a personalized, temporally-aligned, and precise clinical pathway for pain management. Ultimately, the study will empirically validate the effectiveness of this pathway to enhance the quality of pain management and improve patient outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确诊为ASO的患者（Fontaine II-IV期）；年龄≥18岁；能理解并签署知情同意书，并能够配合完成研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with ASO (Fontaine stage II-IV); age >= 18 years; able to comprehend and sign the informed consent form and capable of cooperating to complete the study.

排除标准：

未行手术治疗；行除介入治疗之外的手术方式（如血管搭建、动脉内膜剥脱术等）；存在认知障碍；精神疾病患者；预期寿命不足一年；无法进行疼痛评估或参与随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who did not undergo surgical treatment; underwent surgical methods other than interventional therapy (such as vascular bypass grafting, arterial endarterectomy, etc.); presence of cognitive impairment; patients with psychiatric disorders; life expectancy less than one year; patients unable to undergo pain assessment or participate in follow-up.
