研究目的：

1.建立听力损失群体的代谢组学、肠道微生物宏基因组信息库及相关生物样本库。 2.明确听力损失群体的代谢及菌群特征，及其与焦虑症状、抑郁症状及认知功能障碍的相关性。 3.明确人工耳蜗植入术对听力损失群体的特征代谢物及肠道菌群的影响，及其对听力损失、焦虑抑郁认知共病的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Establish metabolomics, gut microbiota metagenomic information banks and related biological sample banks for the hearing-impaired population.2. Clarify the metabolic and microbiota characteristics of the hearing-impaired population and their correlations with anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms and cognitive dysfunction.3. Clarify the impact of cochlear implantation on the characteristic metabolites and intestinal flora of the hearing-impaired population, as well as its influence on cognitive comorbidities such as hearing loss, anxiety and depression.

纳入标准：

1.队列1 (1) 就读于特殊教育学校的普通高中或中职阶段的学生：听力损失组纳入双侧重度或极重度感音神经性耳聋，即较好耳在 500、1000、2000 和 4000Hz 四个频率的平均听阈值>65dB 的听障学生，对照组纳入双侧平均听阈值<20dB 的健全学生； (2) 自愿参加且能配合问卷调查、样本收集及随访。 2.队列2 (1) 双侧重度或极重度感音神经性耳聋，较好耳在 500、1000、2000 和 4000Hz 四个频率的平均听阈值>65； (2) 既往未行过人工耳蜗植入术； (3) 年龄 12~30 岁； (4) 听力损失病程大于 5 年； (5) 自愿参加且能配合问卷调查、样本收集及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cohort 1 (1) Students enrolled in general high school or secondary vocational programs at special education schools: the hearing loss group includes students with bilateral severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss, defined as an average hearing threshold >65 dB in the better ear at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz; the control group includes students with normal hearing, defined as a bilateral average hearing threshold <20 dB; (2) Voluntary participation and ability to cooperate with questionnaire surveys, sample collection, and follow-up. 2. Cohort 2 (1) Bilateral severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss, defined as an average hearing threshold >65 dB in the better ear at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz; (2) No history of cochlear implantation; (3) Age 12–30 years; (4) Duration of hearing loss greater than 5 years; (5) Voluntary participation and ability to cooperate with questionnaire surveys, sample collection, and follow-up.

排除标准：

1.精神分裂症、智力障碍、孤独症、癫痫等中枢神经系统疾病史；视力残疾；消化系统疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤疾病史。
2.近3月抗生素服用史；近1月服用益生菌、益生元制剂。
3.长期慢性中耳炎、梅尼埃、大前庭导水管综合征、耳聋综合征等复杂耳科疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of central nervous system diseases such as schizophrenia, intellectual disability, autism, and epilepsy; Visual disability History of digestive system diseases, metabolic diseases, and tumor diseases.
2.History of antibiotic use in the past three months; I have been taking probiotic and prebiotic preparations for the past month.
3.A history of complex ear diseases such as long-term chronic otitis media, Meniere's syndrome, large vestibular aquaptor syndrome, and deafness syndrome.
