研究目的：

本研究目的是探究当同一选项同时呈现“自己”和“他人”的收益、从而提供明确社会比较线索时，跨期选择是否发生变化。通过对比这些决策框架，我们旨在检验自我—他人比较信息的存在如何影响个体在跨期选择中的耐心程度（时间折扣）以及自身结果与他人结果之间的权衡。  

Objectives of Study：

Intertemporal choice refers to the decision-making process in which individuals weigh costs and benefits that occur at different points in time. In this project, we examine how intertemporal choices change when outcomes for oneself and for another person are combined within the same option, thereby providing an explicit social comparison cue. Specifically, we compare choices made (a) for oneself, (b) for another person, and (c) when the option simultaneously specifies the payoffs to self and other. By contrasting these decision frames, we aim to test how the presence of self–other comparison information influences patience (temporal discounting) and the trade-off between one’s own and others’ outcomes in intertemporal choice.

3.自愿参加并能在线上签署知情同意书的中国公民；

Inclusion criteria

1.Be at least 18 years of age.
2.Possess normal reading and comprehension skills in Chinese.
3.Be a Chinese citizen who voluntarily participates and is able to provide online informed consent.

排除标准：

1.未能完成全部实验任务（16个选择试次）的参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants who fail to complete all experimental tasks (16 choice trials).
