研究目的:

本研究旨在基于多模态数据融合技术,构建运动-认知功能协同评估体系与脑功能图谱,探究脑卒中康复中运动与认知功能的交互机制及神经重塑规律,为实现精准化、个性化的脑肢融合康复提供理论与技术支持。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to establish a motion-cognition function collaborative assessment system and brain function map based on multimodal data fusion technology, to explore the interaction mechanism and neural remodeling rules of movement and cognitive function during stroke rehabilitation, and to provide theoretical and technical support for achieving precise and personalized brain-limb integration rehabilitation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄18至60岁; 2.右利手; 3.无神经系统疾病史(如脑卒中、癫痫、帕金森病等); 4.无精神疾病史(如抑郁症、焦虑症等); 5.未服用影响中枢神经系统的药物; 6.视力或矫正视力正常,无色盲; 7.听力正常; 8.能够理解并配合完成运动任务、认知任务及双任务操作; 9.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 to 60 years old; 2. Right-handed; 3. No history of neurological diseases (such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 4. No history of mental disorders (such as depression, anxiety disorder, etc.); 5. Not taking drugs that affect the central nervous system; 6. Normal vision or corrected vision, no color blindness; 7. Normal hearing; 8. Able to understand and cooperate in completing motor tasks, cognitive tasks and dual-task operations; 9. Voluntary participation and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.存在颅脑外伤史或颅内金属植入物; 2.存在皮肤过敏或头皮损伤可能影响电极或探头接触; 3.有严重躯体疾病(如严重心脏病、高血压未控制等); 4.妊娠或哺乳期女性; 5.因任何原因无法配合实验操作或实验过程中出现明显不适者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Have a history of head trauma or have an implanted metal object in the brain; 2. Have skin allergies or scalp injuries that may affect the contact of electrodes or probes; 3. Have severe physical diseases (such as severe heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who cannot cooperate with the experimental operation for any reason or show obvious discomfort during the experiment.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

CRF(病例报告表): 本研究设计纸质版CRF,用于记录受试者的基本信息(年龄、性别、利手、受教育程度)、纳入排除标准核对情况、知情同意签署情况、实验任务完成情况、实验过程中出现的不良事件(如头晕、疲劳、皮肤不适等)及处理记录。每名受试者对应一份独立CRF,由研究人员在实验现场填写,完成后交由项目负责人审核签字。 EDC(电子数据采集系统): 本研究采用双人独立录入+交叉核对的方式进行电子数据管理。多模态原始数据(脑电信号、近红外信号、表面肌电信号、力学信号、视频数据)按受试者编号独立存储于加密硬盘,文件命名规则为“被试编号_任务条件_数据类型”。数据备份采用“本机+移动硬盘+云端”三备份策略。所有电子数据仅限课题组成员使用,存储期限为研究结束后10年,到期后由负责人监督永久删除。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

CRF (Case Report Form): This study uses a paper-based CRF to record the basic information of the subjects (age, gender, dominant hand, educational level), the verification of inclusion and exclusion criteria, the signing of informed consent, the completion of experimental tasks, adverse events that occurred during the experiment (such as dizziness, fatigue, skin discomfort, etc.) and the handling records. Each subject has an independent CRF, which is filled out by the researchers at the experimental site and then submitted to the project leader for review and signature. EDC (Electronic Data Capture System): This study uses a method of double independent entry + cross verification for electronic data management. The multi-modal raw data (electroencephalogram, near-infrared signal, surface electromyogram, mechanical signal, video data) are independently stored by subject number on encrypted hard drives, and the file naming rule is "subject number_task condition_data type". The data backup adopts a "local + mobile hard drive + cloud" three-backup strategy. All electronic data are only available to the members of the research group and will be permanently deleted under the supervision of the project leader after 10 years from the end of the study.
