探索内镜黏膜下层激素注射联合扩张术治疗早期食管癌ESD术后食管狭窄的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal hormone injection combined with dilation for esophageal stricture after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

ESD术后黏膜缺损≥3/4周长和全周长的早期食管癌患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with early esophageal cancer who develop a mucosal defect involving >=3/4 or the entire circumference after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).

排除标准：

1: 心脏、肝脏、肾脏等重要器官衰竭 2: ESD术前4周内，曾连续使用全身性糖皮质激素（如泼尼松、甲泼尼龙等）超过1周的患者 3: 血糖控制不佳的糖尿病：糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c） ≥ 7.0% 4: 合并其他癌症 5: ESD术前已有食管狭窄的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1:Failure of vital organs, including the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2:Patients who have used systemic glucocorticoids (e.g., prednisone, methylprednisolone, etc.) continuously for more than 1 week within 4 weeks before ESD; 3:Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus: glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 7.0%;; 4:Concomitant other malignancy; 5:Patients with pre-existing esophageal stricture before ESD.
