研究目的：

我国已步入老龄化社会，2020年我国60岁及以上的老年人占总人口的18.7%，约2.604亿，其中30%以上的老年人为2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者。老年糖尿病患者由于病程长、并发症相对多、身体功能减退等原因，对低血糖的反应能力降低，更易出现低血糖。低血糖作为患者血糖管理的主要障碍之一，会引起心血管事件、认知能力下降、跌倒伤害等不良事件，给患者、家庭和医疗保险系统带来沉重的负担。本研究系统回顾分析住院老年T2DM患者低血糖发生的现状及影响因素，以期为住院老年T2DM患者低血糖的防治提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

China has entered an aging society. In 2020, individuals aged 60 and above accounted for 18.7% of the total population, approximately 260.4 million, of whom over 30% are patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Due to long disease duration, relatively high incidence of complications, and declined physiological function, elderly diabetic patients exhibit reduced responsiveness to hypoglycemia, making them more susceptible to its occurrence. As one of the major challenges in glycemic control, hypoglycemia can lead to adverse events such as cardiovascular incidents, cognitive decline, and fall-related injuries, imposing a substantial burden on patients, families, and the healthcare system. This study systematically reviews and analyzes the current status and influencing factors of hypoglycemia in hospitalized elderly T2DM patients, aiming to provide an evidence?based basis for the prevention and management of hypoglycemia in this population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.T2DM诊断依据1999年WHO诊断标准；
2.年龄 >= 65岁；
3.住院时间 >= 1天，血糖监测次数 >= 8次。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosis of T2DM based on the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria; 2.Age >= 65 years; 3.Length of hospital stay >= 1 day, with at least 8 blood glucose measurements recorded;

排除标准：

1.精神或躯体上的残疾患者，无法配合医务工作者进行检查的患者；
2.怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史；
3.糖尿病急性并发症者，如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗性昏迷、乳酸酸中毒、存在伴有意识和（或）躯体改变的严重低血糖事件等；
4.甲状腺功能异常者；
5.血钾异常者；
6.临床资料及血糖监测数据不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with mental or physical disabilities that preclude cooperation with medical examinations;
2.Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse;
3.Patients with acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, lactic acidosis, or severe hypoglycemic events accompanied by alterations in consciousness and/or physical condition;
4.Patients with thyroid dysfunction;
5.Patients with abnormal blood potassium levels;
6.Patients with incomplete clinical data or glucose monitoring records;
