探讨急性A型主动脉夹层手术患者接受术后胃肠功能康复的可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of postoperative gastrointestinal rehabilitation in patients undergoing surgery for acute type A aortic dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据影像学资料以及术中诊断明确为ATAAD并且行CPB主动脉修复手术患者； 2.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who were clearly diagnosed as ATAAD based on imaging data and intraoperative diagnosis and underwent CPB aortic repair; 2. Age >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1.术前合并急慢性胃肠疾病者，如消化道出血、腹泻、胰腺炎、胆囊炎、胆系结石、消化道溃疡以及消化系统肿瘤等； 2.因腹部创伤（外伤、手术伤口等）、畸形、既往手术等原因无法获得肠道超声图像； 3.神经系统疾病或器质性脑损伤、深度昏迷者； 4.四肢骨折、下肢静脉血栓、肢体瘫痪或截肢； 5.深度静脉血栓形成或肺栓塞治疗<48h； 6.四肢不健全，体骨折或四肢不稳定多发骨折等外伤； 7.颅内压增高（如出现剧烈头痛、喷射性呕吐和视神经盘水肿等）、活动性出血（术后引流管出血量在3~5h内达150~200ml）； 8.安装有心脏起搏器或同时使用其他电刺激治疗； 9.参加其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative comorbidities of acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, diarrhea, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, biliary system stones, peptic ulcer, and digestive system tumors; 2. Inability to obtain intestinal ultrasound images due to abdominal trauma (trauma, surgical wounds, etc.), deformity, previous surgery, etc; 3. Neurological diseases or organic brain damage, deep coma; 4. Limb fracture, lower limb venous thrombosis, limb paralysis or amputation; 5. Deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism treatment <48h; 6. Traumatic injuries such as incompetent limbs, body fractures or unstable multiple fractures of limbs; 7. Increased intracranial pressure (such as the presence of severe headache, projectile vomiting and optic nerve disk edema, etc.), active hemorrhage (postoperative bleeding from the drainage tube up to 150-200 ml in 3-5h); 8. Installation of a pacemaker or concurrent use of other electrical stimulation therapy; 9. Participation in other intervention studies.
