寻求一个临床适用的、经济、安全有效的保护残余肾功能的方案,并观察其对血液透析患者钙磷代谢、高钾发生率、营养状况、生活质量及生存率等的影响。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to identify a clinically feasible, cost-effective, and safe strategy to preserve residual renal function, and to evaluate its impact on calcium-phosphorus metabolism, the incidence of hyperkalemia, nutritional status, quality of life, and survival rates among patients undergoing hemodialysis. |

纳入标准: |
1.年龄18~80岁; 2.新入血液透析,预计在我院行血液透析>12个月; 3.小便量>200ml/d; 4.体内没有放置金属关节假体、心脏支架或起搏器等对生物电阻抗测量有干扰的金属类物体; 5.签署知情同意。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age 18–80 years; 2. Newly started on hemodialysis, expected to undergo hemodialysis at our hospital for >12 months; 3. Urine output >200ml/day; 4. No metal joint prostheses, cardiac stents, pacemakers, or other metal objects in the body that may interfere with bioelectrical impedance measurement; 5. Signed informed consent. |

排除标准: |
1.合并严重感染、心衰; 2.恶性肿瘤、活动性肺结核、狼疮活跃、严重肝脏疾病、创伤、精神疾病; 3.急性肾功能衰竭或腹膜透析转血液透析者; 4.长期使用肾毒性药物、截肢、妊娠者; 5.服用其他利尿药物者; 6.低钾血症患者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Complicated severe infections, heart failure; 2. Malignant tumors, active pulmonary tuberculosis, active lupus, severe liver disease, trauma, mental disorders; 3. Acute renal failure or patients switching from peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis; 4. Long-term use of nephrotoxic drugs, amputation, pregnancy; 5. Patients taking other diuretics; 6. Patients with hypokalemia. |
