研究目的：

通过渐进式功能锻炼方案对上肢淋巴水肿抽吸术后患者患肢进行干预，再通过对其关节活动度、肌肉含量、患者上肢功能及患者满意度进行效果分析，从而确定渐进式功能锻炼的有效性，从而将其在临床上进行推广和应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a progressive functional exercise program to intervene in the affected limb of patients with upper limb lymphedema after suction-assisted lipectomy, and then by analyzing the effects on joint range of motion, muscle mass, upper limb function, and patient satisfaction, the effectiveness of the progressive functional exercise is determined, thereby promoting and applying it in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.单侧上肢继发性淋巴水肿患者； 3.患侧肢体仅接受抽吸术，未行其它手术； 4.自我意识清楚，无语言沟通及表达障碍。 5.自愿入组，签署知情同意书，能配合完成试验观察和评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with unilateral secondary upper limb lymphedema; 3. The affected limb underwent aspiration surgery only, without any other surgical procedures; 4. Conscious with intact self-awareness, and no impairment in language communication or expression. 5. Voluntarily join the group, sign an informed consent form, and be able to cooperate in completing experimental observation and evaluation.

排除标准：

1.治疗期间发生恶性肿瘤复发、肢体出现严重感染或皮肤坏死； 2.合并严重的心、肝、肾及血液系统疾病患者； 3.患侧肢体活动异常的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who experienced malignant tumor recurrence, severe limb infection, or skin necrosis during the treatment period; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or hematologic diseases; 3. Patients with abnormal mobility of the affected limb.

采用随机信封法进行分组。由不参与本研究的一名主管护师使用计算机生成随机序列，将分组信息依次装入按顺序编号的、不透光且密封的信封中。符合纳入标准的受试者在入组时，由另外一名不参与评估和治疗分配的护士按顺序打开信封，确定其分组（试验组/对照组）

Randomization was carried out using the sealed envelope method. A head nurse who was not involved in the study generated a random sequence by computer. The allocation information was placed into sequentially numbered, opaque, sealed envelopes. Upon enrollment, another nurse, who was not involved in outcome assessment or treatment allocation, opened the envelopes in sequence to assign eligible participants to either the experimental group or the control group.
