研究目的：

本研究旨在开发并评估一种利用增强CT扫描的深度学习（DL）模型以帮助放射科医生 准确地根据世界卫生组织（WHO）分类对胸腺上皮肿瘤（TETs）的风险进行分层预测。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and evaluate a deep learning (DL) model based on contrast-enhanced CT scans to assist radiologists in accurately risk-stratifying and predicting the stage of thymic epithelial tumors (TETs) according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为TETs且具有完整影像和临床数据的患者；
2.在手术前30天内接受过增强胸部CT检查；
3.在CT检查前未接受过任何TETs的治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with TETs who had complete imaging and clinical data available;
2.Patients who underwent contrast-enhanced chest CT scans within 30 days prior to surgery;
3.Patients who had not received any treatment for TETs before the CT examination;

排除标准：

1.肿瘤已经发生转移播散；
2.CT图像存在显著伪影；
3.肿瘤明显囊变；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Tumors with metastatic spread;
2.CT images with significant artifacts;
3.Tumors with obvious cystic degeneration;

本研究数据主要通过查阅医院信息系统（HIS）、影像归档和通信系统（PACS）及电子病历（EMR）进行采集。研究人员将使用预先设计的标准化病例报告表（Case Report Form, CRF），以电子表格（如Excel）的形式记录相关数据。所有数据将由两名研究人员独立进行双人录入，并通过逻辑核对以确保数据的准确性与完整性。最终数据将存储于加密的本地计算机中，并定期进行备份，仅研究团队成员拥有访问权限。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data for this study were primarily retrieved from the Hospital Information System (HIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). A pre-designed standardized Case Report Form (CRF) was used to document relevant variables in spreadsheet format (e.g., Microsoft Excel). All data were independently double-entered by two trained researchers, followed by logical validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. The final dataset will be stored on a locally encrypted computer with regular backups, and access will be restricted exclusively to authorized members of the research team.
