研究目的：

本项目旨在研究光照疗法对帕金森病患者的疗效，并通过头颅磁共振成像和近红外脑功能成像，探索不同光照强度干预所诱导的脑功能改变及潜在神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to study the efficacy of light therapy on patients with Parkinson's disease, and to explore the brain function changes and potential neural mechanisms induced by interventions of different light intensities through cranial magnetic resonance imaging and near-infrared brain functional imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-80岁； 2. 符合2015运动障碍学会的特发性帕金森病诊断标准； 3. Hoehn - Yahr分期2-3期的患者； 4. 愿意并能够签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Meet the 2015 Movement Disorder Society criteria for idiopathic Parkinson's disease; 3. Patients at Hoehn and Yahr stages 2-3; 4. Willing and able to sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 报告视网膜病变、眼科手术或使用光敏药物； 2. 怀孕、哺乳或未来3个月可能怀孕； 3. 恶性肿瘤/癌症、脑部手术或脑肿瘤病史； 4. 磁共振及近红外脑功能成像扫描的禁忌症（头皮病变、金属植入物、头部外伤等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Report retinal disease, eye surgery, or use of photosensitive drugs; 2. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possibility of pregnancy within the next 3 months; 3. Malignant tumour/cancer, history of brain surgery or brain tumour; 4. Contraindications to MRI and near-infrared brain functional imaging scans (scalp lesions, metal implants, head injuries, etc.).

本试验分为3组共66例，采用1:1:1比例随机分组。随机序列由单独统计人员使用计算机随机数生成程序生成，以确保分组的随机性和不可预测性。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This experiment was divided into 3 groups with a total of 66 cases, randomly assigned in a 1:1:1 ratio. The random sequence was generated by a separate statistician using a computerised random number generation programme to ensure the randomness and unpredictability of the grouping.

鉴于光照干预方式的可感知性，研究对象及干预实施人员不设盲。但结局评估人员、影像数据处理人员及统计分析人员均与分组信息隔离，实施评估者盲法。

Blinding：

Given the perceptibility of the light intervention method, the study subjects and the personnel implementing the intervention are not blinded. However, outcome assessors, imaging data processors, and statistical analysts are all blinded to group information, implementing assessor blinding.
