研究目的：

1.主要目的：评估远端桡动脉穿刺置管术在老年患者中应用的安全性与有效性，探索其作为传统桡动脉穿刺替代方案的可行性。 2.次要目的：探究远端桡动脉穿刺置管术在老年患者术中连续动脉血压监测应用中的可行性与安全性，优化老年患者穿刺体验、提升医疗服务质量、降低医疗风险。为构建一套标准化、可推广的操作流程，为老年患者动脉通路建立提供优质方案，推动精细化、舒适化及个体化临床麻醉策略的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of distal radial artery catheterization in elderly patients and explore its feasibility as an alternative to traditional radial artery puncture. 2.Secondary Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of distal radial artery catheterization for continuous intraoperative arterial blood pressure monitoring in elderly patients, optimize their puncture experience, improve the quality of medical services, and reduce medical risks. The aim is to establish a standardized and scalable operational protocol, provide high-quality solutions for arterial access in elderly patients, and promote the development of refined, comfortable, and personalized clinical anesthesia strategies.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.拟行手术且需行桡动脉穿刺置管监测； 3.患者或家属签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>=65 years; 2.Planned surgery requiring radial artery catheterization for monitoring; 3.The patient or family member signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.穿刺区域皮肤感染或破损； 2.Allen试验阳性或可疑； 3.严重凝血功能障碍； 4.已行同侧上肢动静脉造瘘.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Skin infection or damage at the puncture site; 2.Positive or suspicious Allen test; 3.Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4.Arteriovenous fistula has been created in the ipsilateral upper limb.

研究数据采用病例记录表收集，并最终存于电子表格中已备统计分析。在数据收集阶段，采用双人核对机制，确保录入信息的准确性，同时定期对数据库进行逻辑核查，及时发现并纠正可能存在的错误或遗漏。在数据分析阶段，研究团队将遵循预先设定的统计分析计划，避免因主观因素导致的结果偏差。所有分析步骤均会在锁定数据库后进行，且分组信息在主要分析完成前保持隐藏状态。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research data were collected using case report forms and ultimately stored in electronic spreadsheets for statistical analysis. During the data collection phase, a dual-checking mechanism was implemented to ensure the accuracy of entered information, along with regular logical checks of the database to promptly identify and correct any potential errors or omissions. In the data analysis phase, the research team adhered to pre-established statistical analysis plans to avoid result bias caused by subjective factors. All analysis steps were performed after locking the database, with grouping information remaining concealed until the primary analysis was completed.
