研究目的：

本研究旨在解析精索静脉曲张患者精索静脉中不同细胞类型的组成及比例变化，明确疾病状态下细胞异质性特征；筛选精索静脉曲张发病过程中差异表达的基因及关键分子，构建不同细胞类型间的分子串扰网络；验证关键分子及信号通路在精索静脉曲张发生发展中的调控作用，为后续诊断和治疗提供潜在靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the composition and proportional changes of different cell types in the spermatic veins of patients with varicocele and clarify the characteristics of cellular heterogeneity under disease status; to screen differentially expressed genes and key molecules during the pathogenesis of varicocele and construct a molecular crosstalk network among different cell types; to verify the regulatory roles of key molecules and signaling pathways in the occurrence and development of varicocele, thereby providing potential targets for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床检查（体格检查、彩色多普勒超声）确诊为精索静脉曲张的患者。 2.年龄在 18-60岁之间。 3.自愿手术并签署手术知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with varicocele via clinical examinations (physical examination and color Doppler ultrasound). 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years old. 3.Voluntary to undergo surgery and have signed the informed consent form for surgery.

排除标准：

1.合并其他泌尿生殖系统疾病（如前列腺炎、附睾炎、睾丸肿瘤等）。 2.患有内分泌疾病、遗传性疾病、自身免疫性疾病。 3.近3个月内接受过激素类药物治疗或精索静脉曲张相关治疗。 4.存在严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with other genitourinary system diseases (e.g., prostatitis, epididymitis, testicular tumor, etc.). 2.Suffering from endocrine diseases, hereditary diseases or autoimmune diseases. 3.Having received hormonal drug therapy or varicocele-related treatment in the recent 3 months. 4.With severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidney.
