研究目的：

通过鼻窦CT确定内镜鼻窦手术前前颅底解剖变异及与SAUP分型的相关， 为内镜鼻窦手术提供可靠的影像学资料。  

Objectives of Study：

The anatomical variation of anterior skull base before endoscopic sinus surgery and its correlation with SAUP classification were determined by sinus CT, which provided reliable imaging data for endoscopic sinus surgery.

纳入标准：

1.接受内镜鼻窦手术者； 2.进行鼻窦CT检查者； 3.自愿加入研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery;
2.Those who underwent sinus CT examination;
3.Volunteer to join the researcher.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 2.既往曾行鼻窦手术的患者； 3.已经接受头颈部放射性治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Patients who have undergone sinus surgery in the past;
3.Those who have received radiotherapy for the head and neck.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究将制定标准化的《耳鼻咽喉科临床病例报告表》，涵盖患者基本信息、具体的术前CT测量数据。 数据采集方面：由经过统一培训的研究人员查阅医院信息系统收集术前CT数据，对数据进行精准测量。 数据管理方面：采用电子采集系统录入数据。系统设置逻辑核查功能，对超出正常范围的数值进行实时警示。所有数据均进行去标识化处理，以受试者筛选号作为唯一标识，严格保护受试者隐私。研究结束前，由主要研究者对数据库进行锁定和备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will develop a standardized ENT Clinical Case Report Form, covering basic patient information and specific preoperative CT measurement data. Data collection: Uniformly trained researchers consult the hospital information system to collect preoperative CT data and accurately measure the data. Data management: Electronic collection system is used to enter data. The system sets up a logic verification function to provide real-time warnings for values that exceed the normal range. All data are de-identified, with the subject screening number as the unique identifier to strictly protect the privacy of the subject. Before the end of the study, the database will be locked and backed up by the principal investigator.
