研究目的：

评价术前甲状腺激素敏感性指标对于术后甲状旁腺激素（PTH）是否异常的预测价值，并进行亚组分析，比较不同术前甲状腺激素敏感性指标的患者的其他术后指标（出院时间、其他并发症等）。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the predictive value of preoperative thyroid hormone sensitivity indices for abnormal postoperative parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, and conduct subgroup analyses to compare other postoperative indicators (including length of hospital stay and other complications) among patients with different preoperative thyroid hormone sensitivity indices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合甲状腺切除术的手术指征；
2.研究对象年龄>18岁；
3.自愿参与本次研究，并签署本次研究知情同意书；
4.不存在使用可能影响甲状腺功能的药物或慢性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who met the surgical indications for thyroidectomy; 2. Patients’ age > 18 years; 3. The patient voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form for the study; 4. Patients who were not using medications or suffering from chronic illnesses that could potentially affect thyroid function.

排除标准：

1.存在认知障碍、理解表达障碍的人群；
2.存在全身疾病（如自身免疫疾病、心肺疾病等）；
3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4.资料不全的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with cognitive impairments or difficulties in understanding and expressing; 2. Patients with systemic diseases (such as autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc.); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Research objects with incomplete data.
