研究目的：

探讨术前半小时口服咪达唑仑口服溶液对于行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)小儿术前焦虑和术后烦躁的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of oral midazolam oral solution administered half an hour before surgery on preoperative anxiety and postoperative agitation in children undergoing laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair (TEP)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 2-7岁，符合腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（TEP）择期手术指征； 2.ASA 分级为 Ⅰ-III 级，身体基础状况良好，无严重脏器功能异常； 3.患儿家属自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书，能配合完成术前、术后相关评估及随访； 4.无改良耶鲁术前焦虑量表（m-YPAS）、儿童麻醉苏醒期躁动评分量表（PAED）评估禁忌，可正常进行情绪状态评分.

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 2 to 7 years old, meeting the elective surgical indications for laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair (TEP); 2.ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ,with good basic physical condition and no severe organic dysfunction; 3.The children's guardians voluntarily participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and are able to cooperate with the completion of relevant preoperative and postoperative assessments as well as follow-up; 4.There are no contraindications to the modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale (m-YPAS) and the Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium (PAED) scale; emotional state scoring can be performed routinely.

排除标准：

1.对咪达唑仑或苯二氮?类药物过敏，或对研究中使用的苹果汁等辅料过敏；
2.存在中枢神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞、自闭症等影响情绪评估的疾病；
3.有呼吸功能不全、肝肾功能异常、心血管疾病等严重基础疾病；
4.术前 48 小时内使用过镇静催眠药、抗焦虑药或其他可能影响情绪状态的药物；
5.手术当天出现发热（体温≥38.5℃）、咳嗽、呕吐等急性感染症状；
6.患儿家属无法配合完成数据采集或随访，或存在其他影响研究实施的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hypersensitivity to midazolam, benzodiazepines, or excipients such as apple juice used in the study;
2.Presence of central nervous system diseases, mental retardation, autism, or other conditions that affect emotional assessment;
3.Presence of severe underlying diseases including respiratory insufficiency, abnormal hepatic and renal function, cardiovascular diseases, etc;
4.Administration of sedative-hypnotics, anxiolytics, or other medications that may affect emotional status within 48 hours preoperatively;
5.On the day of surgery, acute infectious symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥ 38.5°C), cough, vomiting, etc;
6.The children's guardians cannot cooperate with data collection or follow-up, or there are other circumstances that affect the implementation of the study;
