研究目的:

1.骨质疏松作为全球性公共健康挑战,影响超2亿人,安康地区缺乏相关流行病学数据,且传统骨密度检测存在成本高、覆盖率低等问题; 2.常规低剂量胸部CT扫描为骨密度评估提供潜在切入点,联影AI技术能基于CT自动计算骨密度,实现了无创、无需二次辐射、低成本的体检人群初筛; 3.本项目旨在依托AI技术,整合体检信息,构建健康体检人群骨质疏松高危人群预测模型,并针对高危人群开展健康管理和效果评价。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Osteoporosis, as a global public health challenge, affects over 200 million people. There is a lack of relevant epidemiological data in the Ankang region, and traditional bone density testing has issues such as high cost and low coverage; 2. Routine low-dose chest CT scans offer a potential entry point for bone density assessment. United Imaging AI technology can automatically calculate bone density based on CT scans, enabling non-invasive, no additional radiation, low-cost initial screening of the population; 3. This project aims to leverage AI technology to integrate health examination information, build a predictive model for high-risk osteoporosis individuals in the health checkup population, and carry out health management and outcome evaluation for high-risk individuals.

研究对象为 2024 年-2026 年,在本机构进行健康体检且进行了胸部 CT 检查的人员

Inclusion criteria

The study subjects are individuals who underwent health check-ups and chest CT examinations at this institution from 2024 to 2026.

排除标准:

1.体检人群胸部CT影像资料不完整、无法清晰评估胸部相关情况的个体; 2.存在可能对胸部结果准确性和可比性产生重大干扰的其他严重胸部疾病或手术史; 3.体检数据关键信息缺失,影响后续分析和研究结果准确性的个体。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Individuals with incomplete chest CT imaging data that cannot clearly assess chest-related conditions;
2. Individuals with other severe chest diseases or surgical history that may significantly interfere with the accuracy and comparability of chest results;
3. Individuals with missing key information in physical examination data that affects the accuracy of subsequent analysis and research results.
