研究目的：

1.构建儿童全生命周期多维健康数据库：整合临床检验检查、体格检查、外周血代谢标志物、饮食/睡眠/运动习惯以及家长与儿童健康意识等多源数据，形成结构化大数据平台。 2.揭示生活方式、代谢状态与健康结局的动态关联：系统分析儿童饮食、睡眠、体力活动等习惯及家庭健康意识，与外周血、尿、粪便代谢标志物的变化特征及儿童生长发育、营养状况、过敏、近视等健康结局之间的关系。 3.建立儿童健康风险预测模型：采用机器学习、纵向面板分析和结构方程模型等方法，探索生活方式、家庭健康意识与代谢标志物之间的交互作用，构建可用于风险评估与精准干预的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construction of a multidimensional child life-course health database:Integrate multi-source data including clinical laboratory tests, physical examinations, peripheral blood metabolic biomarkers, dietary/sleep/physical activity habits, as well as health awareness of both parents and children, to establish a structured big-data platform covering child health across the life course. 2. Elucidation of the dynamic associations between lifestyle, metabolic status, and health outcomes:Systematically analyze the relationships between children’s lifestyle behaviors (diet, sleep, and physical activity), family health awareness, and the variation patterns of metabolic biomarkers in peripheral blood, urine, and feces, as well as child health outcomes such as growth and development, nutritional status, allergy, and myopia. 3. Development of child health risk prediction models:Apply machine learning methods, longitudinal panel analysis, and structural equation modeling to explore the interactions among lifestyle factors, family health awareness, and metabolic biomarkers, and construct predictive models for health risk assessment and precision intervention in children.

纳入标准：

1.0–18岁儿童； 2.监护人同意参加本研究并签署书面知情同意； 3.在研究期间自愿参与基础健康信息收集以及问卷填写。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 0–18 years; 2. The guardian agrees to participate in this study and provides written informed consent; 3. Willing to participate in the collection of basic health information and completion of questionnaires during the study period.

排除标准：

1.存在先天性发育异常，包括但不限于先天性心血管畸形、染色体非整倍体异常等； 2.免疫系统功能障碍，如重症联合免疫缺陷病等； 3.患有遗传性疾病，如染色体异常遗传病等； 4.研究者判定不适宜参加本研究，包括但不限于依从性评估未达标准等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of congenital developmental abnormalities, including but not limited to congenital cardiovascular malformations and chromosomal aneuploidy; 2. Immune system dysfunction, such as severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID); 3. Presence of hereditary diseases, including chromosomal genetic disorders; 4. Participants judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in this study, including but not limited to failure to meet compliance requirements.
