研究目的：

1.全面评估麻醉护士对脊柱内镜术后SHS的知识、态度、自我效能、组织支持及实践行为五个维度的具体水平； 2.分析不同人口学与职业特征（如年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、医院等级等）对麻醉护士SHS知信行水平的组间差异； 3.探索各核心维度（知识、态度、自我效能、组织支持、实践行为）之间的内在关联及其相关性强度； 4.识别影响麻醉护士SHS知信行水平的关键独立预测因素； 5.检验并验证本研究所编制的《麻醉护士对脊柱内镜术后SHS知信行调查问卷》的信度与效度，为其作为标准化评估工具提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of anesthetic nurses' specific levels in five dimensions regarding SHS after spinal endoscopic surgery: knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, organizational support, and practice behavior; 2. Analyze the intergroup differences in anesthetic nurses' SHS knowledge, attitude, and practice levels based on different demographic and occupational characteristics (such as age, education level, professional title, years of work, hospital grade, etc.); 3. Explore the intrinsic relationships and correlation strengths among the core dimensions (knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, organizational support, practice behavior); 4. Identify the key independent predictive factors affecting anesthetic nurses' SHS knowledge, attitude, and practice levels; 5. Test and validate the reliability and validity of the "Anesthetic Nurses' Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Questionnaire on SHS after Spinal Endoscopic Surgery" developed in this study, providing a basis for its use as a standardized assessment tool.

纳入标准：

1.在中国境内医疗机构麻醉科或PACU从事临床护理工作≥1年； 2.取得护士执业资格； 3.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Engaged in clinical nursing work in the Department of Anesthesiology or PACU in medical institutions within China for >=1 year; 2.Obtained nurse practitioner qualification; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.调查期间处于休假、外出进修、病假或其他长期不在岗状态，无法正常参与调查的护士； 2.实习护士、进修护士或非临床固定岗人员； 3.虽符合纳入条件但明确表示拒绝参与或中途退出调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nurses who are on leave, away for further studies, on sick leave, or in other long-term absence during the survey period and are unable to participate in the survey normally; 2.Intern nurses, nurses undergoing further training, or personnel not in fixed clinical positions; 3.Those who meet the inclusion criteria but explicitly refuse to participate or withdraw from the survey midway.
