研究目的：

1. 建立血透中心与门诊的内瘘通路管理无缝隙对接，建立通路延续性干预管理体系。 2. 通过对比观察复杂疑难内瘘患者就诊前后的穿刺成功率、内瘘穿刺损伤发生率及穿刺失败血栓堵塞率，体现延续性、系统性内瘘护理管理的意义。 3.提升患者对护理门诊的满意度，体现专科护士的价值感和护理的专业内涵。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a seamless connection between the hemodialysis center and the outpatient clinic for arteriovenous fistula (AVF) access management, and establish a continuous intervention management system for vascular access. 2. By comparing and observing the cannulation success rate, the incidence of AVF puncture-related injury, and the rate of thrombosis due to failed cannulation in patients with complex and difficult AVFs before and after clinic visits, demonstrate the significance of continuous and systematic AVF nursing management. 3. Improve patient satisfaction with the nursing outpatient clinic, and reflect the sense of value of specialized nurses and the professional connotation of nursing.

纳入标准：

自2020年8月至2022年8月在南方医科大学深圳医院血液透析中心进行透析治疗的50例患者。所有患者均有动静脉内瘘，并将动静脉内瘘做为血液透析治疗的唯一通路.

Inclusion criteria

patients who received dialysis treatment at the Hemodialysis Center of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) Shenzhen Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were included in this study. All patients had arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) as their only vascular access for hemodialysis.

排除标准：

排除标准：未使用动静脉内瘘进行血液透析的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not undergo hemodialysis via arteriovenous fistula.
