本研究探讨孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorder, ASD)的核心障碍—社交沟通障碍,聚焦于神经可塑性最强的学龄前期(3-6岁),旨在通过一项严格设计的随机对照试验,探索并验证基于自然发展行为干预(Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions, NBDI)理论框架的多阶段社交训练课程的应用效能。其科学意义深远,主要体现在以下三个层面:第一,推动ASD干预理论的整合与创新。?NBDI作为国际前沿的干预范式,代表了发展心理学与应用行为分析学的精髓融合。本研究并非对现有NBDI模式(如ESDM、PRT)的简单复制,而是致力于将其核心原则与中国儿童社交发展特点、家庭互动模式以及集体教育环境相结合,进行“课程化”与“结构化”的深度改造。这一过程是对NBDI理论的一次重要拓展和情境化验证;第二,超越“是否有效”的层面,将问题深入到“为何有效”及“如何优化的科学问题。?本研究设计的“分阶段课程+社交游戏+同伴介入”复合模式,通过过程性评估与结局测量相结合,我们可以探索:阶段性目标的递进是否比泛化的社交训练更有效?“社交游戏”作为载体,其提升参与度和动机的效应是否中介了技能获取?“同伴介入”在技能泛化与社交网络构建中扮演何种角色?;第三,为ASD社交发展的神经心理基础研究提供桥梁。?本研究的阶段性课程设计直接对应于ASD儿童常受损的系列社交认知能力,如共同注意、模仿、心智理论、情绪调节等。干预前后对这些能力的行为学测量变化,可以为未来结合神经影像学(如fNIRS、EEG)研究提供行为表型关联。这种“行为干预-脑功能重塑”的潜在关联探索,将使本研究成为连接临床康复与认知神经科学的重要桥梁之一。  

Objectives of Study:

This study explores the core impairment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—social impairment, focusing on the preschool age group (3-6 years old) with the strongest neuroplasticity. It aims to investigate and validate the application effectiveness of a multi-stage social training curriculum based on the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NBDI) theoretical framework through a rigorously designed randomized controlled trial. Its scientific significance is profound, mainly reflected in the following three aspects: First, it promotes the integration and innovation of ASD intervention theories. As an internationally cutting-edge intervention paradigm, NBDI represents the fusion of the essence of developmental psychology and applied behavior analysis. This study is not a simple replication of existing NBDI models (such as ESDM, PRT), but rather commits to combining its core principles with the characteristics of Chinese children's social development, family interaction patterns, and collective educational environments, undergoing deep transformation towards "curriculumization" and "structuring." This process represents an important expansion and contextualized verification of NBDI theory; second, it goes beyond the level of "whether it is effective" to delve into the scientific questions of "why it is effective" and "how to optimize it." The composite model designed in this study, which combines "phased curriculum + social games + peer intervention," allows us to explore through the combination of process evaluation and outcome measurement: whether the progression of phased goals is more effective than generalized social training? Does the effect of "social games" as a carrier in enhancing participation and motivation mediate skill acquisition? What role does "peer intervention" play in skill generalization and social network construction? Third, it provides a bridge for the neuropsychological basic research of ASD social development. The phased curriculum design in this study directly corresponds to a series of social cognitive abilities commonly impaired in children with ASD, such as joint attention, imitation, theory of mind, and emotion regulation. The behavioral measurement changes of these abilities before and after intervention can provide behavioral phenotypic associations for future research combined with neuroimaging techniques (such as fNIRS, EEG). This exploration of the potential association between "behavioral intervention-brain function remodeling" will make this study one of the important bridges connecting clinical rehabilitation and cognitive neuroscience.

纳入标准:

2026.02.01-2026.12.31由我院心理保健科诊断ASD的3-6岁患儿,经DSM-5诊断,Ados-2量表:打分进入孤独症切截点。

Inclusion criteria

From February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, children aged 3-6 diagnosed with ASD by Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital, who meet the DSM-5 diagnosis criteria and have scores within the autism cutoff on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 (ADOS-2) scale.

排除标准:

排除严重感官障碍、神经系统疾病或已长期接受结构化NBDI干预者。

Exclusion criteria:

Individuals with severe sensory impairments, neurological diseases, or those who have undergone long-term structured NBDI intervention are excluded.
