研究目的：

本课题将综合乳腺癌传统危险因素，高危易感基因以及基于313个SNP建立的PRS评分，建立首个基于基因检测的中国女性乳腺癌风险预测模型。该模型将对个体化的风险评估，人群按危险度分层，建立以风险评估为基础的乳腺癌筛查策略，优化临床诊疗实践等有促进作用。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to develop the first comprehensive breast cancer risk prediction model for Chinese women incorporating multigenerational family history, genetic risk factors with conventional risk factors. This model will improve risk stratification and achieve personalized risk estimate, thereby being a useful tool for guiding screening, prevention and clinical management of breast cancer to improve the health of Chinese women.

纳入标准：

训练集： 1. 女性乳腺癌； 2. 诊断年龄在 18 至 70 岁之间； 3.来自住院和门诊的病例 。 验证集： 1.女性； 2.因非癌症相关症状到北京协和医院就诊； 3.没有癌症病史。

Inclusion criteria

Training set: 1. Female breast cancer; 2. Diagnosis age between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Cases from inpatient and outpatient departments. Validation set: 1. Female; 2. Visiting Peking Union Medical College Hospital due to non-cancer-related symptoms; 3. Without a history of cancer.

排除标准：

1.男性乳腺癌； 2.任何其他病情和社会/心理问题等，经研究者判断患者不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Male breast cancer; 2. Any other conditions and social/psychological issues, as determined by the researchers, make the patient unsuitable to participate in this study.
