研究目的：

1. 调查沈阳地区8-11岁儿童日常钙的摄入量，以及身高、骨密度（Bone Mineral Density, BMD）水平； 2. 探索使用钙及γ-氨基丁酸补充剂能否增加8-11岁儿童的身高、BMD水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the daily calcium intake, height and bone mineral density (BMD) levels of children aged 8-11 in Shenyang area. 2. To explore whether the use of calcium and γ-aminobutyric acid supplements can increase the height and BMD levels of children aged 8-11.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.户外活动和膳食摄入等因素相似，且维生素D、微量元素钙及生长激素均在正常范围内的8-11岁健康儿童。 2.监护人同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy children aged 8-11 years old who engaged in outdoor activities and had similar dietary intake, and whose levels of vitamin D, calcium (a trace element), and growth hormone were all within the normal range. 2. The guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有任何已知免疫缺陷病和影响生长发育疾病的儿童，如代谢性疾病、甲状腺功能减退、生长激素功能障碍、肾功能损伤等； 2.正在服用已知影响骨矿物质代谢的药物（如激素、利尿剂或抗癫痫药物）； 3.已经参加了其他的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with any known immunodeficiency diseases and those with diseases affecting growth and development, such as metabolic disorders, hypothyroidism, growth hormone dysfunction, renal function impairment, etc.; 2. Those currently taking drugs known to affect bone mineral metabolism (such as hormones, diuretics or antiepileptic drugs); 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
