研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是观察临床应用环泊酚代替丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼或者艾斯氯胺酮-瑞芬太尼，对非气管插管下行无痛胃肠镜手术的患者，是否具有显著的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to observe whether the clinical application of cipepofol instead of propofol combined with remifentanil or esketamine-reminifentanil has significant safety and efficacy for patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy without tracheal intubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因胃肠病变于我院行胃肠镜手术患者； 2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA)Ⅰ-Ⅱ级患者； 3.患者年龄18-65岁，BMI≤30%。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy surgery due to gastrointestinal disorders in our hospital; 2. Patients classified as ASA I-II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists; 3. The patients' age ranges from 18 to 65 years old, and their BMI is less than or equal to 30%.

排除标准：

1.合并肝肾功能不全或者电解质紊乱患者； 2.术前两周内接受抗抑郁药物、镇静镇痛药物治疗患者。 3.存在相关药物使用禁忌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction or electrolyte imbalance should be excluded. 2. Patients who received antidepressant drugs, sedative and analgesic medications within two weeks prior to the surgery; 3. There are patients with contraindications for using certain medications.

Use the EXCEL software to generate random numbers ranging from 0 to 400. Patients should be assigned to corresponding groups based on these random numbers in sequence. If the number of times is divisible by 4, they will be classified as the control group. Those with remainders of 1, 2, and 3 will be assigned to groups one, two, and three respectively.
