研究目的：

本研究旨在通过调查杭州地区儿童特应性皮炎患者的未被满足需求、共病状况、生活质量及家庭负担，结合针对性患教和长期随访，构建和完善多模态专病数据库，最终形成精准分型的个体严重程度与复发因素模型，提升杭州地区儿童AD的慢病管理水平，提高患儿和家庭的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the unmet needs, comorbidities, quality of life and family burden of children with atopic dermatitis (AD) in Hangzhou, and, together with targeted patient education and long-term follow-up, to establish and refine a multimodal disease-specific database, ultimately developing precision-stratified models of individual disease severity and relapse risk, thereby improving chronic disease management of pediatric AD in Hangzhou and enhancing the quality of life of affected children and their families.

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜16 岁；
2.符合 Hanifin & Rajka 诊断标准或中国特应性皮炎诊断标准；
3.患儿及其监护人签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究，能够配合完成随访与问卷调查；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age < 16 years;
2.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis according to the Hanifin & Rajka criteria or the Chinese diagnostic criteria;
3.The child and his/her legal guardian provide written informed consent and are able to comply with follow-up and questionnaire completion;

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重系统性疾病；
2.监护人或患儿无法配合完成问卷或随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe systemic diseases;
2.The child or guardian is unable or unwilling to complete questionnaires or attend follow-up visits;

The data for this study were sourced from a specialized disease database deployed by the Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission and questionnaire materials collected by the researchers.
